Who we are

This website, reverberate.be, is operated by Reverberate BV (company number BE 1015.857.145), Weggevoerdenstraat 26, 3012 Wilsele, Belgium. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@reverberate.be.

What this website does and does not do

• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• We do not have forms or user accounts, so we collect no personal data through the website itself.
• If you choose between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is never sent to us.
• The only cookie we set is cookie-consent, which remembers your cookie choice. See our Cookie Policy.

Third parties

A few parts of the website involve other companies:

• Font Awesome (icons). The icons are delivered by a script loaded from kit.fontawesome.com, operated by Fonticons, Inc. in the United States. To deliver it, your browser sends your IP address and standard browser information to that server.
• Google Maps (optional). The map in the contact section is only loaded after you accept external content in the cookie banner. Google then receives your IP address and browser information and may set its own cookies, as described in Google's privacy policy. If you do not accept it, nothing is sent to Google.
• Hosting. Our hosting provider processes technical server logs (such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested) to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Fonts, Bootstrap and all other code are served from this website itself.

Cookies

We set a single first-party cookie, which remembers your cookie choice and contains no personal data. What is stored, for how long, and how to change or withdraw your choice at any time is explained in our Cookie Policy.

When you contact us

If you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to answer you. This is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and, where relevant, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and as long as the law requires.

Your rights
